Packaging

All our jewellery items are supplied in quality 100% recycled pink boxes, with black velour lining in a size appropriate to the item.

Tiaras are wrapped in acid free tissue within a clear acetate box.

Postage

Postage and Packaging are added at the checkout.

All items are sent Royal Mail First Class, Signed for. Some items may be hand delivered or collected in person.

Postage to BFPO addresses please go through checkout process as normal. 

Postage overseas also available, please use Contact page stating location.

Orders

Tiaras and Jewellery are bespoke and currently the order time is 5-6 weeks.

Deposits

All Tiara orders require a 50% deposit.  The remaining balance is payable on collection or prior to postal delivery.

Jewellery deposit is 50% of the entire order with balance payable on collection or prior to postal delivery.

Bridal Jewellery is secured with Tiara deposit.

All Deposits are subject to a cancellation charge of £25.

Design Consultations

Consultations* are by appointment and carried out in the comfort of your own home or mutually agreed location- over a cup of tea perhaps. 

Currently I have no studio or office space at home to hold consultations.

A mileage charge may be applicable**.

Appointments are available Monday to Saturday including some evenings but may be booked several weeks in advance so please call to avoid disappointment.

Website prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders for Tiaras and Jewellery are priced as quoted.

Privacy Policy

Pink Thistle Designs does not pass on your details to any third party. Discretion is assured.

Returns

Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons. Jewellery can only be returned within 7 days if faulty for repair or exchange. Tiaras are bespoke and as such can only be changed during the design process eliminating the need to return.

Any faulty items must be reported to us within 48hrs via our Contact form or by calling Jane 01235 550154 or 07813 681886.

 

 

 

 

 

 

*Currently there is no charge for a Design consultation, however this is under review and as of 10th January 2010 a fee will apply to all consultations booked after this date. This will cancel out the current mileage charge.
